The property actually can sleep  8. Both couches downstairs are sleepers – one is a pull-out couch and the other is a futon. In the master suite, the couch converts to a sleeper.

The villa is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. It is conveniently fitted with electric hurricane shutters throughout as well as window shades for blocking out any unwanted sunlight.
